MEDxUM 2019 is the second installment of MEDxUM and will be held on the 13th of April 2019.

The theme for this year's MEDxUM is 'FACES OF MEDICINE'. The conference will be concentrated on the different aspects of the medicine world such as career pathway, social welfare and challenges of the healthcare professionals.
One of the main objectives of this year's MEDxUM is to provide exposure regarding the current atmosphere of the medical field. Besides that, we aim to promote and disseminate new ideas to further cultivate an auspicious future, thus the theme “Faces of Medicine”.

MEDxUM is an annual medical conference organized by the medical students of the University of Malaya. Our pioneer event, “MEDxUM 2018 : High School, Med School, What’s Next?” was held on April 2018 and had attracted hundreds of aspiring students and future leaders from various institutions all around Malaysia.

We believe in the magnitude and power of ideas. Ideas and innovation are the cornerstones of the medical world and our sole purpose is to bring in the best and brightest to present and engage with ideas and also with each other.

Thus, with our motto 'Think of tomorrow, today', we aim to push and challenge the boundaries in the world of medicine in hopes of creating a better and brighter tomorrow.
